Do you love challenges?

As a Senior IT Service Manager in the Digital Workplace area, you will take responsibility for the continuous development and stable operation of our internal services based on Microsoft 365 and in-house solutions – always in line with our IT strategy and the needs of our business units. You will operate within a matrix organization and lead a team of subject matter experts on a functional level, without disciplinary responsibility.

■ You take ownership of all Collaboration Services as part of our internal Digital Workplace Service Portfolio and drive both its strategic and operational development.

■ You act as the primary point of contact for business units, architecture, and security teams.

■ You define and implement governance models, SLAs, and KPIs, and ensure their adherence in collaboration with compliance and security stakeholders.

■ You identify optimization opportunities and enhance the maturity and efficiency of our services through targeted process improvements.

■ You act as a coach and thought leader within the team and promote a sustainable service culture through active knowledge sharing.

Convince us with your potential!

■ You have several years of experience in IT Service Management – ideally in a complex, international enterprise environment.

■ You are confident in navigating between business, IT, and management, and you excel at communicating and building strong stakeholder relationships.

■ You possess in-depth knowledge of the service lifecycle as well as governance and compliance frameworks.

■ Certifications such as ITIL or specific Microsoft 365 are a plus.

■ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

■ You think analytically and act pragmatically.

■ You take ownership and are eager to shape and improve services.

■ You bring people and initiatives together – with focus, clear communication, and at eye level.
