Do you love challenges?

The Head of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) & AI Center of Excellence (CoE) will directly report to the Head of GBMS Platform & Technology Management. Your main tasks will include:

■ Building and leading the BTP & AI CoE unit across GBMS, establishing it as the global leader within NDBS for driving innovation and expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform solutions and improving Managed Services with AI technologies and implementations

■ Work with Global Innovation & Industry Consulting & Portfolio Management globally and in the countries to define a cutting-edge global portfolio of AI and SAP BTP offerings, tailored to meet both global and regional demands

■ Support GTM organization to position, discuss and design new services with existing and new customers

■ Foster a service-oriented approach and mindset that puts AI-powered decision-making and SAP BTP innovation at the core of customer solutions

■ Drive the team to constantly evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and SAP BTP services, ensuring state-of-the-art solutions throughout Advisory, Enablement, Application Management, Managed Cloud Services and Continuous Innovation

■ Ensure a concise GBMS approach and provide a unified representation of NDBS in joint initiatives across all NTT operating companies globally and exploring opportunities for collaboration and acceleration

■ Represent the SAP BTP CoE in the broader NTT and evaluate collaboration & acceleration opportunities across the entities in the group

■ Manage investments and budgets with a focus on enhancing AI and SAP BTP capabilities, optimizing costs, and maximizing ROI, while delivering innovative solutions that position NDBS as a leader in digital transformation

■ Define clear KPIs and establish consistent reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and a strong focus on execution in AI and SAP BTP initiatives

■ Help GMBS global delivery organizations to build and advance capabilities to provide modern services and solutions meeting highest standards

■ Lead a team of specialists and experts within the SAP BTP & AI CoE

Convince us with your potential!

■ University degree - preferably in the field of IT and / or Business - or a comparable qualification, coupled with a continuous learning mindset

■ >5 years of experience in leading AI and SAP BTP initiatives, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams

■ Strong knowledge of AI strategies, architecture, and solutions, particularly in the context of SAP Business AI and SAP Business Technology Platform

■ Comprehensive understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture, Clean Core principles, and cloud-first strategies

■ Proficiency in leveraging SAP BTP services such as SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, Document Information Extraction, and Data Attribute Recommendation to optimize business processes and improve user experiences

■ Hands-on experience in application development frameworks and programming expertise in Python or similar languages, with a focus on implementing AI-driven solutions

■ Proven end-to-end implementation experience, from defining business requirements to delivering impactful solutions in AI and SAP BTP environments

■ Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. At least 3 years HR Management experience

■ Proven track record on managing business changes

■ Experience in implementation and leading of coaching & mentoring programs

  

■ Effective communication skills across all business levels, both internal & external

■ Fluent in English and German orally and in writing, enabling international collaboration

■ Willingness to international travel to support global initiatives and drive collaboration across teams

 

We would also be pleased if you already have experience in these areas (not mandatory):
 

■ Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams

■ Familiarity with SAP RISE, SAP GROW, and supporting pre-sales activities like resource modeling and effort estimation

■ Experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement in global SAP implementation and outsourcing environments
